How to 'Whitelist' the Super Secret Thinkspace Email Address — And Why That's Important

Valuable emails will no longer be flagged as spam

In our last installment, we wrote about the surefire way to see all the correspondence from your customers on your Thinkspace site. Sure, you can login and see form submissions from the site’s admin (Forms > Responses), but you most likely would prefer being notified via email.

Are your customers filling out the forms on your website, but you don't seem to be receiving all of the email notifications? This may be due to your email provider not recognizing the sender on those email notifications. The problem is these high-volume emails are often mistakenly filtered out as spam. An increase in spammers has forced email providers such as Gmail or Outlook to exercise an ever-increasing amount of scrutiny in what emails they deem legitimate. The term “whitelist” means to mark something (in this case an email address) as approved. After an email is whitelisted, each subsequent message shows up in your inbox without being flagged.

Once you’ve added and filtered the contact, messages will no longer be flagged as spam.
